On the second landing (accessed by two steps), a hallway leads to four attic bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is available in the basement. Wi-Fi is provided. Outside, there is a small terrace at the rear, accessible from the living room, and a second terrace on the side of the house, below the kitchen. The property includes a shared, wooded garden of 4,000 m². Covered bicycle storage is available. Parking for two cars is possible within the property, and street parking is readily available. This accommodation is semi-detached with another gîte (H85G030680).
