'Cool little property with a great vibe and fantastic location. Rooms are small but clean, if a little dated. Great common areas. Roof top deck was closed off while we were there for repairs? Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and reasonably priced property to spend a weekend in Provincetown.'

'Ontbijt was slecht. Cupcakes voor ontbijt is niet ons ding. Personeel bij aankomst onvriendelijk. Kamers schoon maar gehorig '

'Small, noisy room. Despite, not too bad. '

'This cabin/cottage was very cute and dainty. Small bathroom but it gets the job done. My only complaint was that the heat didn’t warm the room and we also think there was some air coming in through the bathroom, so our room was freezing at night (with heat on). We did come in October so I bet coming in the summer would be much better. I would recommend for someone looking for a cute cottage close to provincetowns center and the beach!'

'Area was very nice and well maintained. The word I used most often was "small". The room was very tight with little space to move around. If there are two or more people, it was very cramped! Breakfast served was very welcomed; however, it was also very small along with the area to sit and eat...several had to take the food back to their rooms.'

'great location, room was clean and quiet. breakfast was adequate. All in all, good price quality.'

'What I love about the hotel is the location it is right on the beache and close to town but still far enhough that it is in a quiet area. The hotel it self was very disappointing the room was advertised as a 2 person room but the room and the bed where way to small for 2 people. I think the mattress was also pretty old because we both kept rolling to the middle because of a bump in the mattress. The shower was so small that we couldn't turn around in it. The room was not clean. There was...

'Staff was awesome. They’ve created a very cozy vibe. The fire pits were perfection!'

Tal...

'The last night cable went out every couple minutes. Very frustrating. Room 8. Otherwise another wonderful stay. Will the restaurant be opening?'

'Attentive host, delicious homemade breakfast, terrific location, newly renovated.'

'We had a great experience; Paul was very helpful and friendly, also the property was wonderful, a lot to offer, breakfast was amazing. We totally recommend it, we give it a 10.'
