It is close to the owners' residence (but not overlooked), who are committed to preserving your privacy and independence.

The cottage is situated within a 3500 m² enclosed park, featuring a private garden bursting with flowers (palm trees, olive trees, wisteria, etc.) and a terrace.

It includes a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams (king-size bed 180x200 + one single bed 90x190), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Included amenities: 2 adult bicycles, Wi-Fi, freezer, clothes dryer, full baby equipment, radio, bioethanol fireplace, DVD player.

INCLUDED: Electricity, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), and towels.

NOT INCLUDED: Solar/oil heating (€5/day from October 15th to May 15th), tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€50).
