    A lavish coastal getaway awaits at this brand-new 1BR condo, boasting an amazing location in the heart of downtown Chatham. Delight in high-end appliances and furnishings throughout the interior as well as a private balcony with a bistro table for two. Stroll just 1 block to Main Street to explore a selection of restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Venture mere minutes to Oyster Pond Beach or Lighthouse Beach for leisurely days spent by the surf. End the day with a tasty treat at Emack & Bolio’s Ice Cream. LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on a sectional and two armchairs in the living room. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 55” smart TV. Kick back with a good book on the sofa in the bonus living area. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. This is a lovely coastal condo just off Main Street in Chatham. It's very clean & comfortable. It's walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area and the beach is close by too ! A true gem, I'll stay here again when I return to Chatham.
