Cozy Cape near Chatham Center



You will be sure to enjoy your time in the idyllic town of Chatham, MA in Cape Cod. Our home is 1/2 mile from the quaint town center and Oyster Pond, and 1/4 mile walk to the children's playground and baseball fields of the Cape Cod League Chatham Anglers. The house has a first floor master bedroom with a queen sized bed and three second floor bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. All of the bedrooms have window unit air conditioners. The house has two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Both have been fully renovated. There are two different living areas to relax in. One is a formal living room with a 47 inch flat screen TV. The second seating area is designed for conversation and also has a 30 inch flat screen TV. The house has wireless internet capabilities.
Outside the house you will enjoy a huge deck with a table and seating for 8 people. The deck leads down to a stone pad for the gas grill aand outdoor shower and large patio with a wood burning firepit. Children will love the 1/2 acre flat and private back yard. Other amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and gas grill. The kitchen is newly renovated and has is fully stocked for those who wish to cook during your stay. Linens and towels are provided.

Cape Cod Getaway

Overall impression was very positive. I had taken my two senior sisters for a getaway following a memorial service for one of my sisters husband's who passed in December. While we did not avail ourselves of everything the property had to offer we did enjoy the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and our relaxing time in the indoor sitting areas before (happy hour) and after our dinners out.

Great location-walk to Main St in ~10 minutes plus two great playgrounds even closer. We rarely used the car unless driving outside of Chatham. Chris was very responsive when we had questions before arriving. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply lovely!

Such a CHARMING home nestled in a sweet quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to the Chatham Fish Pier. It was so nice to take a scenic walk with the baby in the stroller down to the Chatham Fish Market and grab some goodies for dinner. Also very quick drive or nice long ish walk to main st Chatham to all the shops and restaurants that we love so much. The backyard is perfect for grilling and dinner outdoors and lots of space for kids to play in the yard. This house was such a dreamy retreat for my family and we will forever remember the memories created here. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back!

Charming home with great location!

This property provided the perfect stay for our family’s long weekend on the Cape. We booked it last minute for our daughter’s soccer tournament and Chris was friendly & quick to answer all my questions. Check-in was extremely easy. My in-laws, who accompanied us, enjoyed the first floor immensely along with the full bathroom shower right next to the bedroom (which was easy for them to access). We spent most mornings having coffee on the beautiful deck and time between games enjoying the outdoors. Chris’ home is a convenient short walk from downtown restaurants & shops. Our teenagers enjoyed having the ability to walk places and spent a nice afternoon exploring shops, bookstores & the Candy Manor. Additionally you are minutes from the water, hiking trails & the rail trail which we are looking forward to exploring on a return trip. I would highly recommend this home. With its fully stocked kitchen, high number of beds/rooms, dedicated work space and beautiful deck/yard, this Cape home had a space for our large family to spread out comfortably and just relax. Thanks again for hosting us Chris!

Loved the stay! Host was helpful and responsive throughout. House was perfect for our needs (7 adults in 4 groups). Great location, walkable to Chatham Pier, Anglers Stadium, and Downtown Chatham. Easy access to main roadways. Comfortable porch and large quiet backyard. Super easy checkout (i.e. not a lot of pre-cleaning requirements, etc., although we're pretty responsible folk anyway). Can't think of a single downside, problem or suggestion to improve our stay.

In the heart of Chatham

Great location near the center of town and the house reminiscent of what’s makes Chatham such a great place to visit anytime of the year. The house very comfortable, well cared for and supplied with all the amenities needed. Would definitely rent again.
