This cosy, comfortable 160m² chalet has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over 3 levels (no lift) and can accommodate up to 15 people.

The entrance is on the garden level, where you will find the garage, a ski room and a bike room.

The living areas are on the 1st floor:

- The dining room opens onto the living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and radio.

- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: oven, microwave, mini-oven/microwave combi, dishwasher, fridge, raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker.

- There are 3 bedrooms on this level:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed, bath and WC
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed, shower and WC
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower and WC

On the 2nd floor, you will find the 2 other bedrooms, each with 4 single beds, and a small attic bedroom with 1 single bed. One of the bedrooms has a shower and WC.

All bedrooms have a television, and there is 1 shower room and 1 additional separate WC.

For your convenience, the chalet has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, you can take advantage of the very large, south-east-facing balcony to enjoy your meals or relax in the jacuzzi.
A barbecue and garden furniture are available.

GOOD TO KNOW :
- For the fireplace, the 1st bag of wood is free, subsequent bags are the responsibility of the tenant.
- The chalet has a bed, a chair and a baby bath.
- The chalet is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED
- Beds are equipped with blankets and pillows
- End-of-stay cleaning ON REQUEST: €400 PAYABLE ON THE SPOT
- Outside parking available in addition to garage
- A deposit of 1000€ will be required on arrival (cheque or cash only).
- Accommodation not suitable for PRMs
- 4* accommodation for 14 people
