The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 3-star Gîte for rent, located in a peaceful setting in the Hauts-de-France region at Chassemy, in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle, at the gateway to the Champagne region and around 1? hours from Paris and Disneyland. With a surface area of 70 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travellers and offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay, with jacuzzi, sauna and private garden. It comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on a mezzanine and a shower room. Everything is ready for you to move in! All that's left for you to do is pack your bags and enjoy a relaxing stay.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Shower room and WC
- A sauna (for 2 people) for relaxation all year round

First floor
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a double sofa bed

Outside
- A private semi-enclosed garden of around 120 m² with patio furniture and barbecue
- A jacuzzi for 4 people, 2 m in diameter, available from 1 May to 31 August. (Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions).
A parent is responsible for all children swimming.

Transport :
You will be able to park a single vehicle or a van.

- Nearest train station: Soissons SNCF station, about 17 minutes (14 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, about 1 hour (60 km) by car.

- A pétanque court is available! To make the most of it, simply remember to book with the hosts in advance.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
