Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
We had a great overall experience during our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
At check-in, there was a temporary issue with the water line, which meant no water or AC for a couple of hours. While inconvenient, the situation was resolved, and everything ran smoothly afterward.
The only concern came on the morning of checkout when we discovered our rental car had been hit in the parking lot. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did bring some awareness to the parking situation. We initially believed the lot was reserved for guests, but it appears to be accessible to the public, and the entry/exit gates were not functioning at the time.
Despite that experience, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff and overall quality of the hotel made a lasting impression. With a bit more attention to parking security, this would easily be a perfect stay.
