You agree to keep noise to a minimum. We have a noise monitor in the apartment and if the volume goes above our threshold you will be asked to leave.

If you have a card, you must display your parking pass at all times or you will be towed.
Do not bother the leasing office as they are not there to field questions from our guests. All questions should be directed to the host.
Check in is after 3 PM, Check out is by 11 AM.
