Dirty bungalow
This property had multiple neglected housekeeping areas. Obviously dirty sheets on two beds. Sheets were soiled with what we assumed were human bodily liquids and hair. We had to wash sheets on two beds before sleeping on them. The floors in the purple room had not been swept. Garbage cans were not emptied. Ramen noodles in the bottom of one can without a liner. Dried chicken nuggets in a casserole dish in the oven. Used Styrofoam plates under beds. No sheets for the fold out couch. Incomplete towel sets for 6 people on a 3 night stay. And the sofa in the living area smelled like urine. I delayed writing this review because the manager apologized and promised to refund the cleaning fee. That was six weeks ago and we have not received a refund. She also offered to give us an extended leave time or to stay another night at no charge. She called the morning we were leaving and asked when we were leaving because she had rented the bungalow for that night. We were out by noon - so stayed an extra two hours as remuneration for cleaning the dirty bungalow?????I could enter photos of the stained sheets, but they would not be family friendly.
