Crowders Cozy Retreat

Welcome to a cozy, pet-friendly retreat in a peaceful setting outside Charlotte. Relax in the large fenced backyard, enjoy dinner on the grill, gather around the fire pit, or unwind on the back patio. Located near hiking at Crowders Mountain and just down the road from Kings Mountain Casino, this home offers a quiet getaway with easy access to adventure, entertainment, and the city within 45 minutes.

The space
The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to relax, work, and gather.

Bedroom one features a king bed and an attached half bath. Bedroom two is a flexible room that can be set up as either one king bed or two twin beds. Please message us upon booking with your preference. If no request is made at least 24 hours before arrival, the room will be set up as a king bed. Bedroom three includes a queen bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area seats four guests, with two additional seats at the kitchen island.

The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind and includes a desk/workspace for guests who may need to work during their stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, back patio, grill, gas fire pit, and a large traditional fire pit — perfect for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the peaceful setting.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the main living areas of the home, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room, desk/workspace, bathrooms, laundry area, driveway, and outdoor spaces.

You are welcome to enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, back patio, grill, gas fire pit, and large traditional fire pit during your stay. Please use all outdoor amenities responsibly and make sure the grill and fire pits are fully turned off or extinguished after use.

The only areas not available for guest use are the owner storage spaces, including the closet in the main hallway and the closet attached to the carport.
