7 Bed Lakefront Villa with a Pool and Pontoon boat available for rent!

  • Victorian Villa Escape is a private waterfront estate with spectacular views of Lake Wylie. Host your weekend getaway here! We've converted this charming 1900's Victorian Bed and Breakfast into a single family home and it is the perfect location for your next family reunion/bachlorette party/relaxing vacation. Perfectly situated less than 15 minutes from Charlotte uptown, 10 minutes from the airport, and tucked away in a quiet, secluded cove. While quirky and expansive, the entire home and attached apartment has been recently renovated with brand new beds, appliances, linens and towels. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from our lakeside gazebo. Swim or float right from our dock. We can also heat the pool most of year (please ask about rates and availability). Come see the charm and beauty that Lake Wylie has to offer. Bring your own boat or ask about our pontoon rental :) Pontoon holds 10 people and can be rented from us right from the dock.

The attached apartment comes included in our rates for an additional kitchen, livingroom, full bath and queen bed (7th bedroom).

This was our second time staying in this house and it did not disappoint! Since our last stay in June of 2022, Steve has made some wonderful improvements and additions to the property. It is very spacious and it is a great location right on the lake. We could not ask for a better house for our family vacation!

From the child’s play slide to the fishing gear to multiple crock pots to the heated pool, this host has thought of everything. Could have used a few more blankets or throws. It gets chilly at night in mid November. Loved our stay! This was a new location for our annual family reunion. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our large family—plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas while still offering great spots to gather and spend time together. We absolutely loved having the option to use the boat, and the pool was a huge hit with everyone. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already booked our trip for next year!

The lakefront Villa was a perfect home for our large family gathering. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom which was very nice for privacy. The house was one of the best stocked rentals that I have been to. Ample amounts of TP, paper towels, bath and beach towels. The kitchen had everything we could think of except a veggie peeler, but we made due. The heated pool was amazing and so nice and comfortable even on a slightly cooler evening. The pontoon boat was great and the lake was a lot of fun to explore. Steve usually responded within a few minutes to a couple of hours by chat when questions arose and we never felt like we had anything urgent enough to warrant a phone call. The view of the lake was beautiful and the many look out spots were used by everyone. The gazebo was a favorite. I think people do need to be aware that a lot of the house requires traversing up and down a fair number of stairs to get to different parts of the property. We had a few elderly people with us and they managed to get to all of the areas, but people do need to navigate many different levelsAnd surfaces to enjoy the whole property. Overall everyone loved the villa. Steve had the boat waiting for us at the dock as promised and I would say it was a very accurate listing. I would absolutely visit it again.
