The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and even a central prep island for casual meals or cocktails with friends. Each bedroom offers its own personality and charm. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a colorful accent wall and blackout curtains. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a dedicated work desk — perfect for kids or digital nomads. All beds are topped with plush linens and thoughtful details to make you feel right at home.

But the real magic happens outside. Step into your private backyard paradise — complete with a bubbling hot tub under a shaded pergola, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, string lights for nighttime ambiance, and a cornhole setup for friendly competition. This fully fenced yard is pet-friendly and designed for relaxation and connection. Whether you're roasting marshmallows, soaking in the spa, or enjoying a backyard BBQ, you'll love having this much space — especially this close to the city center.

- House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.
- E-lock keyless entrance so you can easily access the house
- Pets are welcome for 80$ per pet per stay. Once per fee is paid is not refundable.
- LONG STAYS ARE WELCOME to ask about a 1 to 2-month stay!
- The grill has a one-time use fee of $50 to cover the cost of cleaning and propane.

"We may ask you for a deposit if: your review count is lower than 5; if you have received poor reviews from other hosts; if you have no reviews at all and are staying with more than 4 people; or if you are under the age of 25. We also require a deposit if we suspect you have scammed another host or if you are considered a high-risk booking, such as bringing more than 2 pets. The deposit amount will be determined by our company's safety team and could range from $100 to $500. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this rule, and you understand that our cancellation policies will apply. We will not return any deposits for guests who break house rules, such as smoking, late check-out, hosting a party, being excessively noisy, bringing more people than permitted onto the premises, or any other actions that damage the house or delay the cleaning crew in their duties." Please note: this deposit is not included in the total payment of the booking, deposit is paying after confirm your booking.

Note: If you leave any item forgotten on the property, we are not responsible of it. If our team finds it, we can send it and the guest must pay the shipping invoice and an additional cost for the logistics that this requires.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, backyard, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and all amenities. You’ll enjoy the privacy of the fenced yard and won’t be sharing any spaces with others during your stay.

Self-check-in is available via a secure smart lock, so you can arrive at your convenience, day or night. A private driveway and easy access from Clanton Rd make coming and going a breeze, whether you’re driving or catching a ride.

For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the unit along with laundry supplies — perfect for longer stays or freshening up after outdoor adventures.
