Welcome to The Town House — an upper-level loft in the heart of downtown Charlevoix with a private balcony over Bridge Street. Pour coffee and watch the town wake up, then walk two minutes to the marina or out to dinner. Vaulted cathedral windows fill the living room with light; Michigan Beach and Depot Beach are a short stroll past the drawbridge. Three bedrooms, two baths — room for couples, friends, or a small family. Boyne Mountain 30 min, Petoskey 20, Pellston airport 30.

Your local Haze Retreats team is based right here in Northern Michigan — self check-in via smart lock means no handoff, but we're a text or call away the whole stay. Two-story loft above Bridge Street. The main level opens into a vaulted living room where cathedral windows frame the downtown rooftops, and sliding doors lead onto the private balcony over the street — coffee in the morning, drinks as the evening crowd fills the sidewalks below.

About being downtown
We're on the second floor, above the Town House bar on Bridge Street. That's the whole point — you're two minutes from the marina and steps from dinner. It's also the question we get asked most, so we'll let two guests answer it:

A car is handy but not required — Bridge Street dining, the marina, East Park, and Depot Beach are all walkable from the door. Nearest airports: Pellston (PLN) 30 minutes, Traverse City (TVC) about 1 hour. Dedicated off-street parking is included for one vehicle.
