I was at double tree and my bed was very hard and desk clerk said to me after me asking do they have another room with a different bed said no so the night I stayed in a lot of pain because I have a medical condition chronic arthritis on my spine. So the next morning I called again to ask them if they had another bed I can be changed to an again they said no. I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I had an emergency and left urgently before check out time. They wouldn’t refund my money back nor give me any credit for my one night stay as a member of Hilton and an owner through Bluegreen that brought out Hilton. I’m furious because nobody can show me in black and white their policy that says I forfeit my money for medical reasons if I leave the hotel. Expedia Double Tree and Hilton has failed me. I will make sure in ratings that everyone is warned because this bad business for anyone being so far from home. Nobody has tried accommodate me yet and on top of keeping my money they rerented my room out making double for the room. This was the worst experience of my life
