Breakfast apparently not served on certain days. We could find nothing about this on their website. Ask staff about this and were told it was Thanksgiving. I said there was nothing on their website about this and got no response. Of course, we paid for this service and never got it -- I guess this is just another corporate money grab.
Limited housekeeping. Nothing we could find on their website about this. Inquired about this and were told it was Thanksgiving. Of course, we paid for the service – I guess this is just another corporate money grab.
The free coffee available all day, however when we went to use it, it was old and cold. Hmmmm, I guess their saving money there.
The night before we departed, we brought the coffee issue the staff's attention and said that we would be leaving the early the next morning before breakfast and we ask if we could get hot coffee. We were assured we could. Next morning no hot coffee and we ask the staff and were told it would be a made in a half hour we the breakfast staff arrived. I guess it’s not in his job description.
Room looked clean except for some hair in the bathroom. Also found and glue on finger nail no the floor near the bed. Pretty gross.
