'The room was kind of dirty. The window was broken and cut my finger when I tried to open it. Outside the window was just massive amounts of poison ivy. Thank goodness we were staying for an event and wasn't spending time in the room relaxing. Would not stay ever again. We asked for more soap for the shower and was met with a ton of additude about asking.'

'Clean room. Gym was like an after thought. Front desk staff not real welcome except one lady who was a general manager. Breakfast was not good at all.'

'The hotel was very clean. The bed was nice and firm and I had the best night sleep I have had in a long time. Staff was helpful and the continental breakfast had a lot of choices.'

'Gentleman at counter was very good and personable, we enjoyed talking with him.He wore many hats there. We stayed 3 consecutive nights and not once was the room serviced. Rooms need updating. Low cost basic room is what you get.'

When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.'

'My sister and I felt we had stepped back into the 60's. Everything was retro and very clean. Only thing was that adjoining rooms got up in the wee hours of the morning, waking us up.'

'Wonderful lodge on the lake and beautiful views. My only concern was that the dining room suggested we make a reservation, which we did. When we arrived they said the kitchen was backed up and to come back a half hour later. They could have called me but we did sit outside and the food and service were very good.'
