The Space:

Designed for families and groups, this spacious and welcoming accommodation offers everything needed for a comfortable stay in Chania. Located on the upper floor, it opens onto large furnished balconies overlooking the surrounding greenery, countryside, mountains, and city.



The bright living room provides plenty of space to relax, with comfortable seating and a sofa bed for two guests. A folding partition can separate the living room from the rest of the open-plan area, creating an additional private sleeping space when needed. Large balcony doors fill the interior with natural light, while the fireplace adds a cosy touch during the cooler months.



The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, creating a welcoming space for shared meals, morning coffee, or relaxed evenings together.



The accommodation features three comfortable bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed. Two additional folding beds can be arranged to suit your group's needs, accommodating up to nine guests.



It also features two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, and an ensuite bathroom with shower connected to a queen bedroom.Outside, the furnished balconies are perfect for enjoying breakfast, an afternoon coffee, or the beautiful Cretan sunset, while the garden provides extra space to unwind and for children to play.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to their accommodation, which is located on the upper floor. The owners' parents live independently in a separate apartment on the lower floor with their own entrance. They fully respect guests' privacy and will not disturb your stay, while remaining nearby should you need any assistance.

Tsikalaria is a peaceful village just outside Chania, surrounded by olive groves and gentle hills, with open views. The area combines authentic Cretan character with easy access to the city, making it a convenient base for exploring western Crete. Within about 1 km you will find local markets, cafés, a bakery, and a pharmacy for everyday essentials.



Vlite Beach is approximately 3 km away, offering calm waters and a relaxed local atmosphere. Koum Kapi Beach, around 6 km away, is ideal for a swim followed by a walk or meal along Chania’s waterfront. Nea Chora Beach is about 7 km away, with a sandy shore and seaside tavernas, while Aptera Beach, around 8 km away, offers a long coastline and open sea views. Agii Apostoli, approximately 10 km away, is known for its sheltered coves and family-friendly setting.
