Welcome to our brand new villa Darazzo, located in Daratsos village. The city of Chania is just 10 minutes away and the beach of Agioi Apostoloi is 4 minutes away.
Enjoy the large outdoor pool area and everything you need is just a few minutes away. All areas of the villa have heating, air conditioning and free wi-fi.
It is the ideal villa for families or groups of friends for relaxing moments. What makes this villa special is the location. You are outside from Chania city centre but also not so far!

We present to you in detail the areas of the villa:

✔️ Outdoors
 Outdoors you will find at the back of the villa a swimming pool, sun loungers and towels, a shower and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
On the side of the building, there is a large area with trees and on the front side of the building, there is an entrance and a parking lot.

✔️Indoors

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a TV and a large balcony, a dining room, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people and a closet, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and bedroom have direct access to the pool area.
Air conditioning and free internet are available throughout the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds:
The master bedroom has its own (private) bathroom, balcony and a closet.
The other 2 bedrooms have a shared balcony and a separate closet each.
You will also find a bathroom and a balcony with great views.
Air conditioning and free internet are available throughout the first floor.

In the semi-basement, which has plenty of natural light as there are windows throughout the upper wall, you will find, a wc, a playground and basic fitness equipment.

✔️Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area.

Our goal is for our guests as long as they stay in our villa to feel comfortable and relaxed. We can be reached by cell phone, email, or SMS with any questions or assistance that you may need. We would like to respect your wishes at how much interaction and assistance each guest would like because privacy and comfort is of the utmost importance.

The village where the villa is located is called Daratsos. The village of Daratsos is very close to sandy beaches (such as the beaches of Agioi Apostoloi) and just a few minutes from the city centre of Chania.
A restaurant(taverna) and a mini market are within a 4-minute walk of the village square.
Within a 4-minute drive, you will find 2 supermarkets (Synka kai Lidl), an entertainment complex (GOLDEN FUN PARK), the BeLive Family Sports Club, restaurants, cafes and many more.

Within a few minutes (17 minutes walking - 1.3 km) there is a bus stop if you want to get to the centre of Chania but we recommend renting a car to explore Crete.
The villa has private parking for a car, which is protected by an external fence. Outside the villa, there is space for 2 more cars.
If you want to walk to the beach, there are the famous beaches of "Agioi apostoloi" where you can find 4 sandy beaches (16 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car - 1.4 kilometres away).
