Positief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en locatie
Positives: Communication is very fast. My husband became very ill during our stay to the point we considered going to the hospital at 2 AM. They responded quickly with information on calling emergency services and if we chose not to use emergency services, different clinics and phone numbers that we can call. Their speed of communication isn't something you think you will value until something like this happens. For our honeymoon, they gifted us a bottle of wine we were not able to enjoy, but we really appreciated the sentiment. Items to Improve On: Accuracy of listing. The washing machine/dryer is in a SHARED space upon entry with the other unit. This led to 1 evening when the other tenant left their laundry in the machine making it so that we couldn't use it. However, when this occurred, once we notified owner, they communicated to the other tenant promptly. Towels were not readily available when we arrived, but they responded very quickly about where we could find it. There is not designated parking as the listing might say, because by nature of the location, these are narrow old-harbor streets. VRBO's search settings might categorize this listing as a location that has private parking, but this is incorrect. During check-in, the parking info shared directed us to a PAID street. I recommend visitors to ask for the additional parking info (we paid for parking because of how ill my spouse was and inability to stand/walk) before arriving.
