Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We had booked the stay for three adults but extra bed was provided only on request. Only two bath towels and a floor towel was provided. The hotel should have provided extra bath towel and hand towels.
Room safe did not lock and I had to call for assistance.
The AC did not work at all. At 9:30 pm room temp was 20.5 degrees, we asked for extra blanket and asked to set the AC temperature to 24 degree. The staff member fixed the AC from his side and said it will increase to 24 degrees. When I got up at 3:20 am, room temperature had dropped to 17 degrees, for which I took a photo and showed to front desk staff while checking out.
Buffet breakfast was reasonable but service quality was poor. Even basic Serviets (napkins) were not provided on the tables or near Buffett plates and we had to ask for those.
I am providing my honest feedback and hope hotel management will use it to improve the services for future guests.
