2nd Bedroom features a King Bed (remote controlled platform bed), ceiling fan, ROKU TV, full sized closet, dresser + end tables.
3rd bdr: The Mickey Mouse/Dinsey themed room features 2 twin sized beds, ceiling fan, full double door closet + ROKU TV + Dresser + night table.
Gated community / balony overlooks neighbouring golf course with FREE laundry ensuite (Washer/Dryer).
Close to all amenities + themeparks ~ 10+ miles to Disney/Parks.
It is a nice family friendly property - pool is on site. The pool is less than a 2 minute stroll from my building. My Unit over looks the golf course-enjoy your view from the furnished balcony. Pool, clubhouse adn gym access via FOB entry. Cabanas (FREE), Hottub, kids splash pad, restrooms and change rooms at the Pool area.
KIDS: playpen+high chair+umberella foldable stroller.Fully stocked for all your needs: hand/body soap, shampoo, bath and pool towels + face cloths + extra linens etc. Tons of extra toiletries under the main bath sink - feel free to use what is there. Each bathroom is equipped with hand soap/body soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers.
Hairdryers (2) + flat iron (hair) + iron board (2 - 1 full + 1 table top) + hot clothes iron + separate clothes steamer. ALL White towels for in unit use + Colourful ones for pool use. A/C works wonderfully - control is in the Unit for your comfort + HVAC also includes heat function (not that you will need it but nice to know it is there)
EXTRAS:
Well stocked Kitchen: all utensils + pots/pans + dishes + plastic kids dishes + crock pot + food blender + regular coffee maker + Keurig coffee maker (complimentary starter coffee and tea pods) + electric frying pan + air fryer + crock pot - built in ice maker in frig. Dining table seats 6 + counter bar with 4 bar stools.
Laundry is in the unit - all new appliances and fully renovated. I leave a welcome start up kit: garbage bags + laundry pods + bounce + dishwasher pods + dish soap + new kitchen sponges/cloths. All fresh linens + towels etc. Additional blankets are hung in closets should you need more than what is on the beds.
The balcony overlooks the golf course + parking is free on site. Also, keyless contactless entry - WIFI is complimentary and is available on the entire property and in Unit. Network + password information is posted in unit - there is a telephone landline in the unit. I will send you an email with full particulars the day prior to check in - Check in is at 4pm + Check out is at 11am. Please ensure that the # of guests on your reservation is accurate for towels, etc.
My family + I personally own + host this Condo.
It is our personal vacation home away from home. We use it regularly. When not there on vacation - I host on VRBO. I personally deal with all bookings and communications 100% of the time.
I use a local professional property management company. I will facilitate any/all communications on your behalf. I guarantee that your inquires will be promptly answered and will provide you with my personal cell + my property manager's to assist with all of your inquiries once you check-in!

Entertainment/Other:
- 1 adult bike (use at own risk) - large portable cooler (great for pool days) + wagon + cart for easy pulling to load/groceries haul and to the pool. Tons of board games under TV unit - Disney Plus + Hulu on Roku TVs in all bedrooms. Regular Fusion Cable in Livingroom TV. (See GUEST BOOK in Unit for all instructions) Pull out sofa (Full/Double trundle Chaise style with mattress topper + linens are in the storage part of the sofa) + both king beds are remote adjustable beds. All mattresses (Mattress Firm) and furniture is new (2023).
Unit is equiped with regular cable and ROKU APPS. Feel free to utilize your own entertainment APPS on the TVs. There is also a landline phone in the Unit. BBQ on site available near Building 9 - conservation area of the property.
