Stoneridge B31AB is a one-level unit with fourteen steps to enter, offering

internet access and a standard rating. This unit sleeps six guests. The living

room features a flat-screen TV/DVD and stereo, though there is no fireplace

available. The fully functional kitchen is complemented by a dining room that

seats six, with an additional dorm-size refrigerator and extra microwave for

convenience.



The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bath. The

second bedroom offers a king bed and a TV/DVD, while the third bedroom has a

queen bed and a TV/DVD. These two bedrooms share the second full bath.



Conveniently located within walking distance to the slopes (weather

permitting), this unit also features a deck where guests can enjoy great views

of the Seven Springs landscape.



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer. All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. In the

summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor

pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.
