Stoneridge E13 has a premier rating, sleeps four guests, provides internet

access, and is not pet friendly. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, gas

fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There is a fully functional kitchen, and the

dining room seats four. The bedroom has a queen bed and a smaller flat-screen

TV. The entranceway, kitchen, and tile floors offer radiant heat. There is one

full bath featuring a steam shower with a heated towel rack.



This unit is on the ground level with entry at the far right of the building

(no steps). It can also be accessed by taking eight exterior steps down across

from the carports (designated for one vehicle). You can relax on the small

screened-in patio during the summer months.



Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and the community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize

the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
