On the second floor of a chalet-style residence, this stylish apartment is the ideal holiday base all year round.

The cosy apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is well laid out, with two spacious rooms, both with French windows out onto a large balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and rocking chair, with a coffee table and flatscreen satellite TV. At the other end of the room, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, raclette and fondue. The wooden table, with 4 chairs is right next to the kitchen for easy dining.

The spacious bedroom is reached through double doors directly off the living area.

The residence has a garden with a large shared swimming pool and tennis court.

Location
On a quiet street in the centre of the village of Argentière, the apartment is a short walk from the lifts for Les Grands Montets skiing area, ski slopes and shuttle buses.

The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing there is the renowned QC Termes spa in Chamonix (15 minute drive).

Geneva airport is a 1-hour 25-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express.
