Petite maison 'Roulotte La Casetta Rita' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace & Shared Garden

Richard and Anne are delighted to welcome you to the new accommodation at Mas des Poneys. Whether you arrive with or without your horses, you are invited to stay at La Casetta Rita, an authentic gypsy-style caravan set in a peaceful rural setting, in the heart of horse paddocks on a 7-hectare property surrounded by countryside.



La Casetta Rita is painted in Italian colors outside and decorated in a chic bohemian style inside. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway for two. The caravan features a double bed, a cozy sitting area, a bathroom with shower, and a small balcony for enjoying breakfast outdoors. Inside, you’ll find a fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster for your morning meals.



A small cabin next to the caravan offers a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, kitchen utensils, sink, and separate toilet. A private gas barbecue is also available.



You have access to the shared pool and spa, ideal for relaxing. Pool and spa are open from May to September.



Located in a quiet hamlet between Surgères and La Rochelle, you can enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside without feeling isolated—the sea at Châtelaillon-Plage is just 20 km away. Many excursions are possible: La Rochelle (boat trips to Île d’Aix and tours of Fort Boyard), Rochefort-sur-Mer (architecture, royal rope factory, museum, transporter bridge), Île Madame (accessible on foot or by car from Port-des-Barques), Île d’Oléron, Île de Ré, and the Marais Poitevin, perfect for cycling or boating along its shaded canals.



Horses are welcome: we gladly accommodate your horses with hay and grain included, available for an extra fee.
