'Bij aankomst was de receptionist aardig, maar onze boeking via Expedia was "niet doorgestuurd" of "niet aangekomen", wat betekende dat het met de (ook volgens eigen zeggen) verschrikkelijk trage computer een kwartier duurde voor we een kamer hadden - en dus niet de kamer die wij besteld hadden, maar een goedkopere. Er werd nog wel beloofd dat er gezocht zou worden naar een geschiktere, wat niet is gebeurt, dus wij hebben onze huwelijksreis in 2 aparte bedden doorgebracht. De kamer werd elke dag...

'Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.'

'Martin and Melanie are lovely hosts. B&B is a short walks from local pubs. The sunday lunch in the George was excellent. Breakfast around the kitchen table with the other guests was a real treat. As was the various fruits from their garden. Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended.'
