'Mooi zwembad perfect ontbijt. Hotel is een beetje klassiek. '

'Inchecken bij accommodatie was snel gedaan. De toegewezen kamer had echter een defecte airconditioning. Hierdoor niet goed kunnen slapen. Wel iemand gestuurd om airco te repareren, maar helaas niet gelukt. De volgende dag kregen we een andere kamer met een werkende airconditioning. Kamer was ook netter schoongemaakt. Tapijt was schoner, vloer van balkon ook. Dus ons verblijf was niet vlekkeloos verlopen, maar bereidheid van personeel om te helpen en probleem op te lossen wordt gewaardeerd....

'Great room, perfect staff, super location. Get some great sunset shots of the volcanoes. Breakfast was different every day, and had a true Guatemalan flair; frijoles, huevos revueltos, salchichas, and the best platanos duros I have ever had. Of course tons of fruit, waffles, pancakes, cereal, and made-to-order omelets. The Greek restaurant across the street is exceptional. Loved the outdoor patio attached to the Courtyard bar. 10/10'

'Luxe hotel in het zakendistrict van Guatemala City. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In de buurt zijn winkels en restaurants aanwezig. Wat mij betreft een aanrader.'

A few examples: - no free water in the room - a lot of noise in the hotel - unfriendly staff and no speaking English - breakfast was really poor, no buffet - my room was not clean and they forgot to clean my room - weird smell and worn out furniture There are much better hotels in Guatemala ror better prices.
