'The owners and operators were very friendly. You seldom meet the owner's family at a hotel. They were appropriately proud of their place tucked in a charming small community.'

'Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.'

'Breakfastroom was small and very warm. Toilet in our room does not flush properly. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and we had a clean room. Location was good, near the Blue Ridge Parkway. '

'Het is er verschrikkelijk gehorig. Erg veel last van het verkeer buiten op straat. Hierdoor heel slecht en weinig geslapen. Het ontbijt was netjes. '

'Clean . Friendly staff'

'Great breakfast'

'I stayed in one of the log cabin hotel rooms. The room was spacious, and the fireplace was cute with plenty of firewood available. However, there were multiple stink bugs that had invaded the room. Also, the glass patio door had smudges, dog nose, prints, or sticky toddler hand prints all over it. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked. The stairs up to the second floor are slanted and a little treacherous.'

'The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us.'

'Great bathtub. Location was good'

'Very nice and updated hotel.'
