'The lighting in the bathroom was poor there was no vent for heating or air conditioning so it was quite warm. No towel bars so you had to throw your towels on the floor. Tub drain was slow. The actual room had very poor lighting as well. No mirror in the desk area. The coffee pot did not look clean so it wasn't used. Their policy is to only refresh rooms every other day. We were not told if we wanted it daily that we could ask for it when we checked in. Staff was very pleasant. The cost...

'They thought of everything, key drop boxes at multiple locations, towel racks and hooks in the bathroom and a very helpful tv channel guide'

'It was so noisy during the night and early morning. We could hear others talking through our walls and showering the next morning'

'My room’s appointment matched and exceeded those of expensive stay options for great price! The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable!'

'The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good!'

'The room was nice and breakfast options were good. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub when we arrived after traveling all day. However, the hotel rented out the conference room for a kid's birthday party and everyone from that party was in the pool and hot tub. Hoping the price will go down though since it was very pricey. Festival was happening and they all do it in the area. But still hoping they lower their rates. $100 a night is one thing...$300 is another.'

'The bed was nice. The rest of the room was in need of some care. It was serviceable for the short duration we were in town.'

'Shady area'

Upon arrival my keycard wasn’t working and I look up and there’s two guys standing outside there door in ski masks talking about “inventory”. That was a good first impression. I was surprised to not see any bugs. But the place was foul. It’s so incredibly run down, water damage on the ceiling, water pressure was almost unusable, it smelled bad, and the toilet had some pretty...
