'Todo muy limpio y muy bonito muy amable el personal tienen desayuno tipo buffet pero tiene un costo adicional pero el desayuno estaba muy bueno'

'Great place to stay and centrally located.'

'The room appeared to be clean, but there were numerous tiny ants on the desk near the tv and fridge.'

'Screens in room falling off. Air conditioner not working. Humid in the room. Everything was an extra cost. Place looked like it was 50 years old. Only investment is the grand entrance otherwise old rooms and old utilities. Would not stay again.'

'We recently stayed at the West Gate overnight as we were in the area for a concert. Staff were very helpful and friendly, however, the property itself looks as though it hasn't had any updates since the 90s. Walls and doors are dingy and dirty, the bedding/sheets had stains, the TV remote didn't work, the room had a musty smell, and the outdoor stair treads with held on with duct tape. Though I read that the breakfast received good reviews, I found it to be on par with a typical continental...

'The expression is “ don’t just the book by its cover “ . I found this to be true with Ardsley Acres. The rooms are immaculate akin to a boutique hotel, everything needed is provided, close access to a major highway and a short distance to eateries in town. We’ve stayed there several times in recent months and found it consistently enjoyable.'

'The visit was perfectly fine'

'They did not clean the room. We found hair in the bathroom from a previous visitor. We had to ask for new towels. Some people smoked (pot) in their room(s). '

'😊'

'Property needs immediate maintenance. One of the 2 elevators was broken the entire stay causing long delays to get in and out of property Ice maker on our floor was also broken. Staff at breakfast bar were unpleasant. This property is not worth $350 per night. Very disappointed. Would not return.'

'I think for the price I was expecting more. Maid service was upon request as opposed to a daily default. There was no room service. No kitchen other than for breakfast so no restaurant. We had trouble with our remotes but we weren't visiting to watch TV. Parking was very good. The guys were on top of bringing your car up as needed. The staff was friendly although there was more of a bed and breakfast feel than the staff of a major hotel chain.'

'Floors could be clean every day'
