'Schoon, vriendelijke mensen, lekker ontbijt'

'I would have expected a proper form of ventilation to the rooms during hotel spells and general circulation of air. The lack of air conditioning made the temperature of the rooms unbearable. Please looking into seeking solutions to this problem rather than using the age of the building as a reason to stop reinvestment.'

'personeel was correct, en de kamer die ik had was schoon en groot. '

'Schone kamer'

'Generally a good stay. Some of the rooms seem a bit tired, but we were happy with our recently refurbished room. The hotel is a great location for exploring the local area and has a good restaurant for breakfast and bar area. We also enjoyed the complementary access to the spa/pool.'

'Was een echt hotel. Mooi van binnen en buiten top personeel'

'Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price!'

'Heel erg goed bevallen. Centrale ligging. Heel erg modern en schoon. Aparte woonkamer met keukenblok. Goed bed. Tv in zowel woon als slaapkamer. Koffie, thee, melk aanwezig. Hele vriendelijke receptie medewerkers. Een aanrader. '

'This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have...

'On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when...

'overall ok..bathroom was very small..impossible to wash face/hands without spilling water on the floor..'

'The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days.'

'Good central location, nice clean apartment and free parking a bonus'

'Lovely and clean, nice hosts and very good location'

'Great'

'klassiek Engels hotel, niet erg modern maar wel zeer ruime kamer en grote bar.'
