'It did not serve breakfast. It did offer it in a canteen you pay for then take it back to your room and heat it. Room was clean but it had a what looked like a wash rag that was stiff looking in the tub. All together not a dirty facility but I believe for the overall cost it should at least offer a continental breakfast.'

'Our room was very quiet except for the teenagers that were allowed to run from the upper floor around somewhere, down the exit stairs and around again and again at 10 at night on Friday night. Then a refrigeration truck was allowed to park along the side of the hotel on Monday night and every time it cycled it woke both of us up.
There was construction going on which created people to have to drive back and forth at the front door where people park to check in which I found to be unsafe the...

'Stated I booked a room with a shower/tub combo - that was not that case. Website stated they had a pool, it wasn’t until after the cancellation period expired did we get an email stating they turned it into a fitness club. Room service never came to give fresh towels and change sheets and the button to call the front desk on the phone kept giving an error that the call could not be completed'
