'I did like the aspect of a suite I didn’t feel so confined what I did not like was that the room did not look upgraded, the breakfast was not anything to remember! I was glad I was only staying one night and McDonald’s was around the corner which was appealing! Aside from the breakfast, not being up to par. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice.'

'The building we stayed in was being completely redone. New paint, carpet in the hallway, and new flooring in the rooms. The lobby breakfast sitting area could use some more work however breakfast was pretty good.'

'I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

'I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.'

'We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.'

'The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay.'

'Stayed on 2nd floor and had a massive water leak from the 3rd floor to my bathroom. Also manager was not professional and helpful at all. Horrible customer service from his end. and i would never stay there again. Many guest complained of several issues, in which they also weren’t happy, Example shorts on light switched, clogged shower and sinks. and many more.'

'At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.'
