'Overall a good place to stay but the furniture in the room looked a little dated. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we left the housekeeping needed magnet displayed which also meant we didn’t get more toiletries or fresh towels. The pool areas were good and the hotel is located in a quiet residential area. In the beginning we had issues with tv channels not working that were fixed by a friendly maintenance man but the channels would still occasionally briefly not work. '

'The breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh options. The kitchen staff was excellent, keeping items stocked and the area clean. The pool area is small not like the picture in the advertisement. The pool was cold and the hot tub was down for part of our visit without any explanation. Cookies and milk offered in the evening was nice but the front desk staff were pretty strict, watching children as they were instructed to only take one! There is a train track nearby. 'We loved it so much we came back. I had booked this hotel for one night and then a different hotel closer to sea world for two nights, but when we arrived at the other hotel it turned out to be more of a motel. We felt so safe during our previous night at Hilton garden inn so we came back and paid the higher rate that comes with booking the day of. It was worth it for peace of mind while traveling with my family and we will be back on our next trip. '
