'⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Misleading Listing Photos & Thermostat Issues We stayed here this weekend while in Gainesville for a soccer game. The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. 'The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. '
