« The staff were all accommodating and kind. We experienced a breakdown on our way in and knew our check in was going to be reallyblate. They assured me our room was ready and staff would be available at all times. We arrived 12:30 a.m. and all was ready. The next morning we had to rent a trailer and get the stranded vehicle while I stayed at the room with our luggage.
