'This would be our second time visiting and the first one last year was not that bad. This time they had put us right across from the housekeeping area. The ladies where very loud in the morning so could not sleep in for the vacation. We where placed in one room that smelled like smoke. I had changed to a new room. I had traveled with a 14 year old and 4 year old. So with that being said food was being dropped on the floor but dont worry there was ants right behind the 4 year old picking it up....

'We were traveling through Trinidad and needed place a stay on our roadtrip. Our mother has stayed at this property before and recommended it. It was an easy to get to location with well kept common areas. The rooms were nothing special but were clean which is important. There were also great views of the mountains from rooms on the west side of the property.'

Pros: Clean rooms and helpful staff (although the company could invest in teaching Spanish speaking staff key words and phrases in English, and English speaking staff the same for key Spanish words and phrases -- We asked for extra blankets and received 5 pillowcases.)
