'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...

'The Hotel is located 10min walk from Ottawa’s highlights. No other transportation needed than your legs. Furthermore there is a Fitness Room, swimming pool and small Sauna available. After Sauna visit there is an outdoor terras to cool down slowly. We had a suite for 5/6 people and this was a convenient way of spending our time in this Hotel. (Kitchen + dishwasher is available as well. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'Really enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and the room was very clean! The area around the hotel was also very good. It’s right in the city center and close to any of the major attractions. Also nice to have a place to store your suitcase if you’re leaving long after the check out time. '
