'The staff was friendly and the room was decent. The night that we stayed (8/2) there was no wifi which was frustrating. Staff was friendly and helpful when we called about it, said there was someone coming to check on it the following week, but unfortunately we just had to deal with having no wifi.'

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Tamelijk onbeschoft personeel en erg onbehulpzaam. Auto stond redelijk dichtbij het hotel. Ik vroeg als ik een kar kon lenen voor mijn bagage. Dit werd geweigerd. Auto moest eerst maar eens voor het hotel staan. Hiervoor dwingt het hotel om je parkeerplaats op te geven. Aangezien ik een ongeluk had gehad en ook zichtbaar was. Weigeren ze je gewoon te helpen.
