'My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though'

'Parking is a little tricky. The hotel was very clean. Decent breakfast. Pleasant staff'

'The pool area was small, bur it was good for the kids. The staff was nice, and check in/out was easy. Our room was fine, there was a big crack in the shower wall and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. This was our 2nd time staying here, because it is right in the downtown area and it is easy to walk to places. All in all this is a decent hotel, but I have definitely been to better hotels for a similar or lower price. '

'Whenever I’m visiting Syracuse, I stay here. It is clean and dog friendly and the price is right! I enjoy the pool and the bar and free parking. '
