'Todo muy bien'

'Amazing staff and prompt responses to concerns. Our fridge was not cold and since they cannot fix it and unable to swap with another fridge, they offered a discount on our bill, and stored any perishables in their facility fridge.'

'Area of town was not ideal but we were there for an appointment.'

'Great hotel in great location with excellent staff. The only slightly disappointing element was breakfast: while it was in a nice location - Hydra Restaurant right next to the hotel - choice was somewhat limited for guests with a B&B package.'

'Restaurant only available for breakfast and bar was not available during the day. So Drinks ordering only in the room Rooms were spacious and luxuary. Location in middle of shopping area and everything in walking distance'

'Liked the location.'

'Super goed gelegen'

'Prachtig hotel op een centrale plek in de stad. Hou er rekening mee dat het ontbijt niet geheel inbegrepen is, ook al heb je dit wel aangevraagd met boeken. Het is tot een bepaald bedrag inbegrepen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.'

'All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous.'

'Fijn hotel. Wel duur maar ruime kamers en nette douche. Eten kun je beter buiten de deur. Erg leuke restaurants rondom het hotel. '

'Great hotel in prime location. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a very good size, clean and quiet. Unfortunately no gym or swimming pool. Would gladly stay here again'

'Heerlijk hotel en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Ze doen echt hun best om het je naar de zin te maken.'

'This is the Hotel to stay at if you want to be close to BC Place !! It is directly across the street. The view we had wasn’t great for the 700+ dollars I spent. Back alley and office towers. But it is very close to the venue. The staff are great. The fee for parking is ok. Again not great. My daughter left her phone and they immediately brought it out to us in the parking lot!!! Absolutely wonderful !! I didn’t get the rooms with the amenities box but all ok still love this place !!!'

'Great location - close to yaletown, concerts and walkability. Staff were all helpful, pool was great in the AM.'
