'One of the worst stay ever. Rooms were filthy, 1st room assigned toliet was loose, barely attached to the floor. Second room, keys would not open the door, multiple trips to lobby to try to get in the room. Maintenance finally opened the door and said he would replace the batteries, never did. Each return to room required multiple trips to lobby to gain entrance. Housekeeping never cleaned the room, never replaced towels etc, which required more trips to lobby. Elevators were broken (2) only...
