'Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support'

'Leuke plek in/op de rand van Byron Bay. Paar minuten wandelen naar het centrum. Gelegen in de natuur, tussen de bomen en jungle. Veel beestjes op het terrein, water dragons en kalkoenen. Michael en Charlie zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het is in de jungle gelegen, dus je hebt wat beestjes in en om de cottage. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. '

'Prima accomodatie op loopafstand van het strand. Helaas veel (jonge) luidruchtige mensen in plaatsje én accomodatie. Er is een boete in hotel voor geluidoverlast maar er wordt niet gehandhaaft. '

'Comfortable room with good bed, nice bathroom and covered parking. The only point of improvement would be that while the curtains themselves block the light very well, there was a lot of light seeping in to our specific room via the top and sides of the curtains. Our windows were facing the illuminated inner courtyard. '
