'Excellent staff. Maureen at the concierge desk was very helpful. Logan was superb. They guys from Engineering who got chrome cast to work on the tv were very helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. '

The only thing that I would suggest is rooms probably need a refresh and renovation but truly everything was great and would return. '

'Clean, quiet location in Minturn Colorado, close to beaver creek and vail. Small town vibe but friendly people everywhere. Slight glitch where I was double charged (ouch!), but within a few days it was resolved. Still, frustrating. Room and facilities were clean and comfy. Sofa in the living room of our 2 bedroom.suite was narrow and needs to be upgraded. Beds were very good, parking was off street, and bathroom was updated nicely with high end shampoos, etc. I'd stay again. '
