'Great for families. We went as a family of 5 and got a room that had its own pool. Everyone was very kind and the room was very nice. Well stocked and clean. '

'Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.'

'We came across this hotel by chance and well we're surprised in a very good way! The location itself is not that great (not near any beach or lively town that is), but the resort is very beautiful. Cottages built around the garden, full of trees, flowers and butterflies. This is great tranquil place to come at rest when you had a trip of several weeks to Japan mainland (like we did). 'It was a great experience. Close to the beach and American Village. You walk along the sea wall, watch the summer fireworks from your balcony, and enjoy their vast and diverse breakfast buffet. We enjoyed staying here and the staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were so kind from our check in to our late room service deliveries to our check out.'
