Tasteful interior design and squeaky clean. Next to one of the city's main shopping areas. Easy and frequent taxi and public transport connections into central town. Above all, a very competent and responsive host: We initially booked for one night, but needed three additional nights, with only two available on the web site. He graciously accommodated our full request. Last, but not least, a booking price that beats by a mile far less desirable offers in the city. I would give it 11/10.
