Hôtel près de Centre commercial Wonderland of the Americas Mall (San Antonio)

"Bonne situation, à 10mn de l’aéroport, personnel sympa, chambre grande et confortable, literie super, bon wifi, parking gratuit. Mais… secteur pas terrible, petit déjeuner gratuit, mais très limité. Pendant tout mon séjour (5 nuits), la machine de jus ne marchait pas et qualité très bof. Les chambres sont propres, mais le reste de l’hôtel, surtout ascenseur et machines à glace pas trop. Il manquait sûrement un fauteuil ou du mobilier dans ma chambre, car il y avait un grand vide. Très bizarre : la chambre était en pente !bref, situation pratique mais pour un Holiday inn, il faudrait vraiment se remettre à niveau…"

"The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc. At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam. We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was coming into the room through cracks in the wall above the AC unit (see pictures attached) There was a terrible smell in the hallways of the hotel, stains on the carpet of the room, and trash and beer cans left around the pool. Good points: The breakfast was good. It was clean and the kitchen worker was friendly. The shower was spacious and really hot. The bed was comfortable."
