'開業から2周年らしく、全体はきれいです。スタッフの対応は丁寧です。 部屋の清掃は普通です。 宿泊した部屋のキーチェーンは引っ張ったら壁の固定が抜けてしまい、意味を成していませんでした。 再開発の地域のようで、同じ建物の外周には飲食店やコンビニ的な商店があり、不便ではないです。 最寄りの駅からは歩きには遠く、歩きにくい道で、ホテルからの出発とホテルへの戻りはGrabにしました。 これから周囲の再開発で良くなっていくと思います。'

'Mooie ruime kamer, ruime badkamer. Lekker bed met 2 verschillende soorten kussens hard en zacht. Mooie grote tv. Heel fijn is de water dispenser, koffie machine met cups en kleine koelkast. Ontbijt was voldoende en fijn dat je tafel dmv een kastje van jou blijft. Zwembad boven op is ondiep, maar leuk met tevens een bar erbij. 'Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable'

I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. 'Het is een net hotel met goede en nette kamers. Wifi in het hele hotel, ruime kamers en goede douche. Wat ons wel tegen viel was het ontbijt. We hadden juist ibis gekozen omdat die normaal goed westers ontbijt hebben, maar dat viel hier erg tegen. De ligging van het hotel is perfect omdat het naast een metrostation ligt en je zo snel en goedkoop in het centrum bent. Maar de omgeving van het hotel is niks, het ligt bij een winkelcentrum dat nog helemaal leeg staat.'

'Do not stay at this accommodation, it is terrible. When we arrived at the location there is no signage and we were not given any prior instructions.
