Hotels in de buurt van City Mall (Amman)

'Excellent location next to the Mall, large clean room, very friendly staff, excellent food. Exceeded all expectations.'

'Comfortabel hotel in een buiten wijk. Geen diner of ontbijtmogelijkheden. In de buurt een paar goede restaurants mett local food. '

'Everything I like'

'I travel circa 80-100 days per year and this was most probably the most terrible hotel I had so far. Especially the fact that the room was smelling to smoke. After complaining they told me that it was my problem. They had another room that I should pay extra for as it was a 'better' room, so the service was bad. Also the noise in the room is really not okay. Forget about the gym, the machines are not working.'

'In Dutch we would call this "vergane glorie" of outdated'

'stolen items in my room'

'One of the bath towels was previously used and had what it appeared to be coffee stains or human feced.? I went to the reception and showed it to the staff and their reaction was “we will bring you a clean towel”.'

'Bad staff and lobby guys'

'The service was good'

'Not clean at all , floor was sticky'

'Great location - very clean hotel - staff are very helpful and lots of places nearby -'

'The apartment was not ready upon my arrival. Floors dirty. No kitchen utensils. No towels. Overcharged by 1 night despite having arranged an early check in.'
